Greetings from the Savoca Family

Hi,

Welcome to our 2007 Christmas letter. For those wondering about the adoption process, we completed all the paperwork and are now in the waiting stage. We are praying that the Lord brings us a precious child that would fit perfectly into our family, if that is the Lord's will. Casper is still uncertain about having a sibling, but we think he will adjust.

We'd like to share with you some events we've done this year!

In January, Melodie's sister and family came down to visit and we went to Animal Kingdom in Orlando. It was the first time we went there and we all had a great time!

 

 

 

In February, we traveled to Washington, D.C. and saw the capitol in a trolley car. It was really cold and Tom nicknamed Melodie his "Eskimo".

 

 

 

 

In August, we traveled to Albany, NY where we saw Tom's family. Tom surprised Melodie with a pre-40th birthday party! Melodie was surprised and Tom was proud of his craftiness and organizing it without Melodie's knowledge.

 

 

 

 

For our two year (can you believe it's been that long?!?) wedding anniversary in September, we drove over to the west coast of Florida into Naples. We enjoyed a mini weekend retreat and just relaxed.

 

 

 

 

 

In October, Melodie's actual birthday, we drove north into St Augustine. In this picture, we visited the jail and Tom enjoyed meeting the Sheriff. We stayed in a quaint B&B (very nice we might add!) and saw the town in a trolley car.

 

In November, Melodie's sister and family were in town so we enjoyed a home celebration birthday with Tom's favorite, ice-cream cake!

We thank God for His provision and protection and look forward to what He has planned for us in 2008! We know there might be some big changes and thank you for all your prayers.
